In the beginning of June 2025 Ingeborg Reichle joint HKUST(GZ) President Lionel Ni’s delegation to Brussels, Belgium, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of China-EU diplomatic relations. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) (HKUST(GZ)) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) jointly hosted the Sino-European Higher Education Forum on Technologies & Arts on June 5, 2025 in Brussels: When Algorithms Interlace Traditions: Universities in China and Europe Shaping New Paradigms and Practices. The forum invites European innovators, universities, and educators to collaborate on creating pathways in which technology not only honours but also reinvents cultural heritages, sharing new paradigms and practices from institutions in China, Europe, and beyond. Together with a number of panelistsfrom the field of higher education Ingeborg Reichle explored innovations in art and technologies in higher education.
